I have 4 different sets of lawn renovation projects going at various stages of completion but today I wanted to show you the updated progress on everything. After struggling with rain in some of the newly seeded sections I have good germination going and feel comfortable where things are at about 3-4 weeks after seeding kentucky bluegrass. Also featured is my progress after a heavy dethatching, first mow on the perennial ryegrass, and some talk of my irrigation system.

It never fails that every time I work on a grass seeding project, massive storms come in and test my lawn seeding patience.
